Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can do so provided that you return the item within 14 days of the item being delivered and the item is in re-saleable condition including: 1) It is in its original packaging, including all accessories and 2) It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
Faulty Items: We want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us - hello@chickaandco.com within 7 days of receipt of the product/s. For full price items, we will either exchange or arrange a store credit. The product/s must be in original condition, unused and are accompanied with the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For final sale items we cannot offer an exchange or refund, unless the product is faulty.
